TechFix UK provides repair services for televisions, smart devices, and other electronic equipment. Our services include but are not limited to diagnosis, repair, installation, and maintenance of electronic devices.
Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or email. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service charge.
Pricing for our services is as indicated on our website or as quoted by our technicians. We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash. Payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

To claim warranty service, customers must present proof of service (receipt or invoice) and the device must have the warranty seal intact.
TechFix UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
We take reasonable care to ensure the safety of your devices while in our possession. However, we are not responsible for any loss of data. We strongly recommend that customers back up all data before submitting devices for repair.
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TechFix UK and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on this content without our express written permission.
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
TechFix UK reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may also, without prior notice, change the services, stop providing the services, or create usage limits for our services.
Any device left for repair and not collected within 60 days of notification of completion will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of or sell such devices to recover the cost of repairs and storage.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website and services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
